Individual sessions are 50 minutes, and couples sessions are 75 minutes.

When we first begin working together, I offer weekly sessions. This helps us build momentum and establish a foundation for the work.

People sometimes ask about every-other-week sessions, but in the beginning that can make it harder to get the process going. Over time, we can revisit what frequency feels most supportive and effective.

I offer both in-person and online (telehealth) sessions.

In-person sessions are available on Thursdays and Fridays.

Together, we make space for what’s been difficult, while also recognizing the strengths and capacities you bring.

Over time, this can support a deeper sense of self-understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
