Our work is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in building a sense of safety from the beginning.
I pay close attention to what’s happening in the moment—both in what you’re sharing and in your emotional and bodily experience—and we move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
Together, we make space for what’s been difficult, while also recognizing the strengths and capacities you bring.
Over time, this can support a deeper sense of self-understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
