About Cici

I’ve been providing therapy since 2006 and work with individuals and couples of all backgrounds and identities.

I’m a Certified AEDP Therapist, with training in a range of modalities, including Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and relational psychodynamic psychotherapy.

My work is grounded in social justice, anti-racist, feminist, liberatory, and trauma-informed practices. I welcome and affirm LGBTQQI identities, as well as those from BIPOC communities.

I care deeply about this work and continue to learn from a range of mind, body, and spirit-based practices, with an ongoing commitment to personal and professional development in cultural humility and anti-racism.

My own life has unfolded outside of the mainstream, and I often find I’m a good fit for people who experience themselves that way, too.

I love helping people deepen their capacity for self-compassion, aliveness, self-knowing, and creative expression in the broadest sense.

Over time, this work supports a greater sense of grounding, authenticity, and ease in navigating life.
